Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the plushy platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the plushy website and its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and plushy regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. plushy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must not share your username or password with any other person. plushy will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately through the support channel available after login. We recommend changing your password promptly in such situations.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
As a user of plushy, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform;
- Attempt to manipulate outcomes, exploit technical errors, or engage in fraudulent activity;
- Use the platform in connection with any money laundering, criminal activity, or illegal financial transactions;
- Misrepresent your identity, location, or age when using the service;

5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on plushy are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through payment channels supported for Philippine members, including local e-wallets and mobile banking applications. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in your name and that you are the authorized account holder.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Transactions may be delayed or declined if there are outstanding verification requirements or if the transaction is flagged for security review.
plushy does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges. Processing times for withdrawals vary depending on the payment method selected. VIP members at higher tiers may receive priority processing on withdrawal requests.
Bonus credits and promotional balances are subject to their own terms, which are described in the relevant promotion detail page before opt-in. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting applicable wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion being voided.
6. Limitation of Liability
plushy provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to maintain service availability and security, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, plushy shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds resulting from technical failures, third-party payment delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;

Upon closure, any real-money balance not subject to pending investigation may be returned to the account holder's verified payment method after deducting any outstanding obligations.
You may also request account closure at any time by contacting the support team after logging in. Closure requests are processed once any pending transactions are resolved.
Intellectual Property: All content on the plushy platform — including but not limited to logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of plushy or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
